Tom Simons was born and raised in Lexington, Virginia. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama in 1974 and received his J.D. from George Mason University in 1982.

Tom has helped thousands of clients over the course of his career. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1982 and has nearly forty years of experience representing the people of Rockbridge County and surrounding areas. He has successfully handled numerous criminal and civil jury trials and is a veteran traffic and criminal defense, as well as personal injury and family and domestic relations law.
