Ben Thurman is a 2014 graduate of the William and Mary College, Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He has been practicing in the area for over ten years.

Ben started working for Tom Simons in 2019. He became partner of the firm with Tiffany Fix in 2022. Ben’s practice areas include traffic defense, real estate litigation, guardianship and conservatorship disputes, and a wide variety of general civil litigation.

Ben serves as President of the Rockbridge Area Bar Association and is a member of the local Economic Development Authority. He is the proud father of two delightful children. In his free time Ben enjoys reading and walking the many beautiful nature trails of Rockbridge County.
