Tom Simons was born and raised in Lexington, Virginia. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama in 1974 and received his J.D. from George Mason University in 1982.

Tom has helped thousands of clients over the course of his career. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1982 and has nearly forty years of experience representing the people of Rockbridge County and surrounding areas. He has successfully handled numerous criminal and civil jury trials and is a veteran of traffic and criminal defense, as well as personal injury and family and domestic relations law.

Tom is now enjoying retirement after many years of hard work for the people of this area. Tom is still associated with the firm, however, and uses his many years of experience to provide valuable input into former client’s cases which are now handled by either Mr. Thurman or Ms. Fix.
