Our firm works to protect your interests by carefully reviewing purchase agreements, answering questions, resolving discrepancies, preparing the sellers’ deed(s), reviewing closing documents, and ensuring compliance with all contractual and statutory requirements. 

We do not currently handle purchaser’s side real estate transactions or real estate settlements. Our services are currently limited to seller’s side representation only.
